Refund & Cancellation Policy

Please review our refund, cancellation and rescheduling policy before enrolling in a paid course.

1. Free Demo Class

The Free Demo Class is provided to help prospective students and parents understand our teaching approach before enrolling in a paid course.

  • Free of charge
  • Subject to availability
  • Not confirmed until Academy confirms
  • May be rescheduled
  • Limit one per student
  • No obligation

2. Course Enrollment & Payment

Paid course enrollment becomes effective after registration and payment.

  • Fees communicated before enrollment
  • Review before payment
  • Use authorized methods
  • Confirmation required

3. Cancellation Before Classes Begin

If a student or parent/guardian wishes to cancel enrollment before the regular course has started, they should contact Noore Imaan Academy as soon as possible.

  • Refund eligibility depends on course policy
  • Transaction charges may be non-refundable
  • Processed via original payment method
  • Case-by-case administrative review

4. Cancellation After Classes Begin

Once regular classes have started, refund eligibility may be limited because teaching time, scheduling and administrative resources may already have been allocated.

  • Refunds are not automatically guaranteed post-commencement
  • Eligibility depends strictly on course-specific terms
  • Exceptional circumstances will be formally reviewed
  • Please contact the Academy administration promptly

5. Rescheduling by Student

Inform Academy early if you cannot attend. Student rescheduling requests are governed by the following strict guidelines:

  • Subject to teacher & slot availability
  • Last-minute cancellations may not get make-up
  • Course-specific rescheduling limits apply
  • Missed class does not qualify for a refund

6. Cancellation or Rescheduling by the Academy

If Academy cancels due to teacher, technical, or emergencies, we will make reasonable efforts for alternative arrangements:

  • Fully rescheduled class at an agreed alternative time
  • Provision of a qualified substitute teacher
  • Alternative options or digital make-up resources

7. Teacher Changes

Teacher assignment is based on requirements and availability.

  • Preference for a specific teacher is noted but does not guarantee assignment.
  • The Academy reserves the right to change teacher assignments due to requirements or availability.
  • A change of teacher does not constitute a right to a refund.

8. Technical Issues

The Academy is not responsible for student-side technical issues including internet connectivity, device functionality, or power disruptions.

Note: If a class cannot be conducted due to Academy-side technical problems, we will reschedule or provide an alternative.

9. Refund Process

Approved refunds are processed via the original payment method utilized during the initial transaction.

  • Processing time varies depending on your bank or financial institution.
  • Standard transaction charges or processor fees may be deducted.
  • Additional verification or banking details may be requested.
  • Receipt of refund confirmation is shared instantly via WhatsApp/Email.

10. Non-Refundable Charges

Certain third-party fees, bank charges, or payment gateway processor commissions may not be refundable.

  • Credit card processing fees and gateway transaction margins.
  • Administrative taxes, VAT, or official education service levies.
  • Platform licensing setup parameters that cannot be rolled back.
  • Any swift international remittance handling fees charged by banks.

11. Exceptional Circumstances

Noore Imaan Academy may consider exceptional circumstances on a case-by-case basis. We understand that academic journeys can sometimes be disrupted by unexpected life events, and we review each submission with the utmost diligence and fairness.

Examples of circumstances considered:

  • Serious unforeseen medical or personal emergencies
  • Extended unavoidable absence supported by official documentation
  • Significant technical or infrastructural issues preventing portal access

Please Note: Consideration of exceptional circumstances is solely at the discretion of the administration. Consideration does not create automatic entitlement to academic adjustments, fee refunds, or course extensions.

12. How to Request a Cancellation or Refund

Contact us as soon as possible. Our administration and support team are dedicated to reviewing your request promptly in line with our legal academy policies.
